"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Fontanera. Very good communication with the host throughout the whole stay and beyond (as we forgot shoes). The house is perfectly suited for larger groups with individual bathrooms for each room. The views and garden including pool are great. Located on the hill you can choose to either walk to Gravedona (approx. 30 mins), take a bus or the car. We would definitley recommend it."

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den See war wunderschön. Mit dem Auto waren See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Wohnung und Garten sind meiner Meinung nach jedoch eher auf etwas ältere Kinder ausgelegt."

"It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out. "

"Le logement est très bien. Attention, c est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur mais il est très bien placé à Gravedona. Commerces de proximité très proches. En revanche, il manque de fenêtres. Mais une très belle vue sur le lac."

"Die Einnahmen für nicht notwendige/nicht benötigte Heizung und Kimageräte dürfen gerne in ein besseres und stabileres Bett investiert werden. Klimaanlage hat am Tag 10 Euro gekostet im Vertrag steht 6 Euro . Wir kommen nicht wieder..."

"Roberta, never met her. One young boy called Stefano gave us the key.Spoke limited English, even though the advert claimed that several languages were spoken. The owners lived upstairs but never spoke to us. The phone number given, we got no reply. TV worked intermittently, only German channel. Very modern but minimal equipment for cooking etc. Wifi very limited. No washing machine or washing line. No microwave. Dishwasher was difficult to operate. Panel separating us from the appartment next...

"Lovely location if somewhat hilly and winding road to get there. The hosts were very helpful. Air con was not working n they got someone to fix it immediately. The swimmi g pool was lovely a must for our children as not alot of space around property to play due it been on side of mountain. I would have expected the property accommodation to be a bit bigger for price we paid. The hosts were very kind to not charge us electricity due to the issues with aircon"
