"The room was fine, but the service was not. The staff came across as unfriendly, and the manager was outright passive-aggressive. I booked this hotel specifically because it’s advertised as pet-friendly, yet there was no mention of a $60 pet fee when I made the reservation. When I questioned it, the manager’s response was that other hotels charge $100—which completely misses the point. Be upfront about your fees. To make matters worse, there was a leak in my room. When I reported it, I was told it was coming from the third floor and that I could move rooms. By that point, it was highly inconvenient, and no real effort was made to resolve the situation or accommodate me. Overall, not a great experience. Transparency and basic customer service were lacking."

"An excellent venue from start to finish. The staff are super polite and friendly, service is excellent and the property is clean and very well kept, both inside and out. Food quality is great. We had one issue with in-room dining, where the QR code to access the menu didn't bring up the right menu, so an order we placed wasn't correct. It was immediately addressed and the item comped, which whilst not necessary, was very welcome. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and will be back.."

"All restaurants onsite were not open! We had to order from a restaurant nearby but it really was not set up properly for room service. We had to go there to order and pickup and they were not really sure of the process for hotel guests so we just paid with a separate CC. Breakfast was essentially not available and we had to go to town to pickup breakfast as well. The heat in our room did not work for the first day and night! The hotel knew they had a situation going on but did not say anything to us in advance and the hotel was sold-out.At first they suggested a space heater but then another supervisor came on duty and told us those were not premitted - and we could understand why. It was fixed by our second night. We were told we would get a credit toward the first night but we did not?"
