No slippers provided, ( they said will provide when booked) called the front desk, and just say sorry at first place. Then I complain, because no slippers, how could we do the bath. Then they suddenly drop off slippers. Also, when we check in, they mentioned we could take drinks from minibar, no charge. We took the water and coke. Then we got charged when we check out. Very disappointed experience.
