« Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

« I had a great stay here! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked really well. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. It's also in a convenient location with stores and restaurants nearby. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. « When we first arrived late at night (with reservations and a phone call to confirm and say we would be late), hotel staff was nowhere to be found. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby. Got to the room, and it was 82 degrees! The AC had not been on. It smelled very musty and took all night for it to cool down. Beds were good enough, shower was good enough. There was peeling paint in many places, electrical plus were not flush with the wall, and there was a large chunk of paint...

« Terrible experience. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by roaches crawling on the bed and walls. The room was in extremely poor condition and seemed to be falling apart. Nearly everything I touched was loose or coming off. The bed was heavily stained, and the mattress was discolored with large brown stains. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PIECE OF SH*T ONE STAR!! I left so fast I...

« A 10 minutes de l'aéroport donc pratique qd on doit prendre l'avion. Chambre très belle. Le seul point à revoir est le petit déjeuner (seulement 2 tables de 3 personnes pour tout l'hôtel et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très peu fourni (pas de fruits, pas de yaourts...) »

« The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...
