« Overall, my stay was okay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The staff was very limited, and the front desk clerks were very quiet and not particularly engaging. The lobby restroom was out of order for two days, which was inconvenient. I also would have appreciated more breakfast options, as the selection was quite limited. « Terrible experience. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by roaches crawling on the bed and walls. The room was in extremely poor condition and seemed to be falling apart. Nearly everything I touched was loose or coming off. The bed was heavily stained, and the mattress was discolored with large brown stains. « The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...
