This beautiful and newly restored 2 bedroom, 2.5 Master baths 1500 sq. foot cottage is right in the heart of downtown Grand Junction close to CMU, St. Mary's hospital, Lincoln park/Stocker stadium (where Juco is held) and walking distance to downtown. It is also minutes from the award winning Redlands Mesa golf course, the Tabaguache trail system, Mesa County Public library, and Two Rivers convention center. It is also equal distance from Palisade's wine tasting and peach country as it is to Fruita's world class mountain biking. This adorable cottage has an open floor concept with a Fireplace, enclosed front porch, full Kitchen, and back patio. Enjoy Colorado mornings on the front porch and relaxing in the evenings after a long bike ride, shopping downtown, strolling through the park, playing golf, or just getting away from it all. This comfortable cottage will accomodate all your needs with a fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, new linens, front load washer and dryer, Central Air conditioning and heating , spectrum tv and free WIFI.

Cute and comfy cottage
Older home but decorated super cute, nice enclosed front porch area to enjoy coffee on cool mornings. Could use some better skillets in the kitchen and back bathroom shower is tight quarters but overall everything was great. Quieneighborhood

It’s been a while since this photos were taken
Great location and proximity to our bike ride. The beds and furniture were comfy, and it was spacious for 2 couples. However it was a bit shabbier than the photos, especially the backyard and front porch seating area. The kitchen was fine but I would definitely not call it well stocked. Luckily we brought our own of everything for dinner. But there were no extra trash bags, no sponge for doing dishes, and no extra toilet paper. We had to share TP with our friends. I would stay here again if nothing else was available in the area.

Fantastic property!!
This was a perfect place to stay while in Grand Junction. We forgot a bag when we left and the owner responded very quickly and was very helpful making arrangements to pick it up after we checked out. Highly recommended.

Your wonderful host has thought of everything needed for a comfortable, clean, and charming stay. Check in/out were simple and easy. Property is in a great location; walking distance to downtown area and easy to get on/off hwy to go hiking. Had everything we needed for meals and "hang out" time. Also nice having the 2 1/2 bathrooms for plenty of privacy.

Conference stay.
Easy check in, lock box was a little tricky. Very clean, well stocked with basic needs. Everything was easy to find and use. Beds were absolutely the comfiest! Only cons were, the 3rd bedroom is not a room, alcove off the living room without even a curtain for privacy. 3 adults for a conference made it a little weird. The back patio/deck area was filthy with leaves and debris and the chairs were so rotted we were afraid of falling thru. Would stay again, clean, comfortable, safe and great location. Would love to sit out on the patio and relax next time.

Perfect Spot
This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was just a good as the first time!! Great location since I was visiting my daughter @ CMU. Lots of room and private bed/bath areas for both of us. We were able to use the fully equipped kitchen for a few dinners with friends and just really enjoyed the space. Jennifer was super prompt when I had an issue getting in (my fault, not hers!!). We will be back for sure.

Couples weekend get away!!
This was our second time staying in Grand Junction. This little cottage not far from downtown was perfect this go around. The house was kept in great shape and everything felt clean and put together. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The house had everything you needed amenity wise. A few bathroom and kitchen supplies etc. The house has a bunch of hidden gems for your morning tea and relaxing. It was a nice getaway from home!!

Relaxing Getaway!
My family and I had a very relaxing and fun stay at this cottage. We played multiple board games and card games that were provided. The beds were cozy and very comfortable for a peaceful sleep. Place is decorated very well, but not very clean. Dried food on the counter, hair in the bath tub. Dirt and a dried contact on the bedroom floor. Fish smell came from the kitchen sink eberytime we turned iron

Peach Run Success!
Jennifer's place was the perfect spot for my family's annual run for end of the season peaches. Plenty of space for 4 adults and the 3 bathrooms was much appreciated. Conveniently located for getting to national monument, wineries, and Palisade. Recommended!
