Space, Location and Serenity! Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out! We do ask, please. no pets allowed in the house. This is greatly appreciated and is respectful to those guests that stay that may have pet allergies. Thank You!

Todd and Sophran were very welcoming and went through things with us in detail when we arrived. The property was well appointed and met our needs to a tee. Sometimes properties for large parties are not well suited or equipped but everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this property and host!

Great communication from the owners. Met us at the home to show us the ins & outs. This was probably the cleanest, best equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. If you're looking for an amazing home to host an event in, look no further. We hosted Thanksgiving for 18 people and had plenty of table space for everyone. As guests arrived, many enjoyed the beautiful views on the deck overlooking Lunch Loops and other landscapes. Others enjoyed playing pool in the back room. The kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare an amazing meal. Modern oven/range was better than I have in my own home. There are crock pots, KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, several coffee pots (depending on how you like your coffee brewed). Lots of pots, pans, platters, silverware, serving utensils, etc.The home is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown. You can't ask for a better location.I lost my wallet and couldn't locate it before we left. Todd called and Sophorn had found it while cleaning. He met up with my son to make sure I got it back. This was absolutely, hands-down, the best experience I've ever had renting a VRBO. I wish I could give 100 stars, because they earned it. Next time I'm planning a trip to Grand Junction, Todd and Sophorn will be my first call. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fantastic home - spacious and comfortable. Views from deck were amazing. Location was perfect to downtown, wineries, golf, and hiking. And, of course, close to entrance to Colorado Monument. Plenty to do for our week in Grand Junction. The host, Todd, was really helpful with the walkthrough and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay here was amazing and Todd was the perfect host! He is very welcoming. He met us at the house and gave us a quick tour of the place, in addition to, providing recommendations on places to eat and sights to see and visit during our short stay. Todd was readily available to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. We were attending a family wedding and we chose this place because it was large enough to accommodate our family. The house, location and views were great! The house is very comfortable, close to downtown Grand Junction and it's just a quick drive to the main entrance of Colorado National Monument. Grand Weekend in GJ!

We loved our long weekend visit to Grand Junction. So much to see and do, with a perfect home for two families to relax and comfortably enjoy. An absolutely stunning home for 3 generations to gather. The home could not have been more perfect for us. Perfect for a Family gathering.

Todd and his wife could not be more kind and accommodating. The house is large and roomy and very well appointed. With the Colorado Monument Park just off the back porch and Arches National Park 1:45hrs. away it’s a wonderful location. Don’t miss the drive from Cisco to Moab, truly beautiful.

Perfect vibes and great views

Wonderful Stay for Parents 80th Birthdays

Eight of us stayed here to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. What a wonderful celebration in this beautiful home! The views from the outside deck were amazing! Gorgeous mountains & wildlife surround the property. We saw deer, horses, and an owl. Todd, the property owner couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. He even came with tools to help us replace a tail light that burnt out on our car! Our experience here went above & beyond all of our expectations. And who doesn't love having a bathroom attached to every bedroom?! Don't miss this place!
