Room is missing enough coffee for two people. Table with 1 chair and 2 guests? Soap dispenser is over the tissues and now the tissues are all wet. Room is advertised as having a full kitchen but there is not even a single burner cook top.

The only hotel I stay at in grand junction. Amazing staff Kyle is the best I have dealt with him before and always goes out of his way to help.

Nice rooms, poor breakfast and RUDE front desk
The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best - very poor selection of food, ran out of juice glasses, breakfast sandwiches were dried out, no pastries. At check-in the front desk woman must have been having a very bad day. She was not friendly and was very rude. She never smiled, she never welcomed us, her responses to questions were short and even sarcastic at times. I was really quite shocked at her behavior. I asked two of the other families that were staying there with our group, and they said the same thing. Based on her behavior and the poor breakfast, I doubt we would stay here again.

Hotels seems very new. Very large rooms. Quiet and comfortable bed. Had egg options for breakfast. The coffee downstairs could use improvement. In-room was so much better. Will be back for sure.

Disappointed no cook top
Super disappointed that the hotel advertised Full kitchen. There isn’t a cook top of any kind. I had planned a few meals to cook while there and this was actually the main reason for us choosing this hotel. Microwave, fridge, & dishwasher. Is what the kitchen consisted of.

Bathroom was NOT clean, front desk said cleaning staff had gone home so we would have to move to another room. Second room was better but shower still very clean. Did not even get an apology! I would NEVER stay here again. Breakfast food also disgusting!

Would not recommend!
It was difficult to check in because the reservation was under a different name. It took an hour to get that straightened out. Then the room was very dirty. There was toothpaste all over the bathroom mirror and front of the vanity. There was grungy dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor and shower track. The shower leaked water on the bathroom floor. The bathroom pocket door was extremely difficult to move. There was stickiness and dried food on the kitchenette and table countertops. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and open shelves where the dishes are stored. There were fingerprints on the long wall mirror. There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom. We were told it was because a large group of students stayed there previous to us and they ran out of supplies so we would have to use the dish soap. There was no excuse for the dirtiness and lack of supplies- just poor planning and management. It was a 3 night stay and the manager said we could move to a different room the next day. By that time we had already wiped down the surfaces with our antibacterial wipes and had no confidence that another room would be any better.
