"Very relaxing location with pond in back yard. Huge backyard patio area for grilling and relaxing around fire pit. Owner was very responsive regarding couple of minor issues that came up. Kitchen was loaded with dishware adequate for a large group. Owner needs to request a container for recyclables however."

"What a great place for a weekend get away. The air stream was clean and inviting. Close to river and Grand Junction adventure to do water sports. The zipline was there also. The walkway takes you on the upper cliff or along the riverfront. I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff was very helpful and the person who cleaned my airstream did a great job!"

"The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. The location is perfect for golf or wineries and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We will be recommending it to friends and are already talking of a return!"
