Soak in the quaking aspens and Colorado sunshine on the private patio with an umbrella and seating for four. Adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom adorned with a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. SHARED AMENITIES \-Pool \-Hot tub \-Basketball court THINGS TO KNOW A Pack-N-Play is provided, but please bring your own Pack-N-Play bedding. All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The blue sky bunk house was perfect for out family of five. It was a great location for venturing out to Winter Park, Grand Lake and the RMNP. City Market is just across Highway 40 and the restaurants in Granby are just a few minutes drive away. The condo itself is thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, the beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were excellent quality. The living space is set up for everyone to be able to hang out together and is also quite comfortable. My favorite thing of all though was the hummingbird feeder on the porch. I loved sitting at the table with my coffee in the morning to watch them flit back and forth and rest on the wire of the deck lights. This was our second stay in Granby Ranch and we will definitely come back to this unit on our next trip to Colorado. ##### Sarah H. I wish Covid-19 had made check-in a little easier to check-in but seriously couldn't have been happier with the view - our neighbors - the town of Granby - and being so close to Hwy 40 and all of the scenery!
