"Terrible experience. Walking into the room it smelt like a casino. All towels and bedding had the stench of cigarettes on them. IN A NON SMOKING ROOM! The shower head would spray water over the door all over the floor. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion was provided, not a big deal to me honestly since I bring my own. The door into the room wouldn’t close all the way, so you would have light coming in from the sidewalk, had wind and water coming into the room. Spoke with the receptionists to see if it was possible to get a different room, and they told me that ALL OF THE ROOMS are just as bad. Yes, it is a Motel 6, so you can’t expect glamour and pristine amenities, but this is by far the worst one that I have stayed at. Overall I highly recommend NOT staying here until these issues are fixed. If I knew how to go about a refund, I would’ve started it while there on the property. "

"They seemed to be having a staffing issue when we were there. Check in and service at the bar were painfully slow. The staff was friendly despite this. Location is good as it’s close to many downtown attractions and restaurants. "

"Overall a decent facility that is showing its age. Breakfast was decent and the indoor pool is nice. "

"Rooms wasn’t very clean they didn’t have clean towels, said they was out and house keeping needed to wash towels, staff was rude didn’t care about what u needed today’s breakfast they had one sausage left for 20 people didn’t refill anything there was not hot water for oatmeal some of the eggs was green and also the hot tub has been out of order for months said they are waiting on a part for about 4 months now that’s not cool "

"The photos on the website are very misleading compared to what you see in person. The room was much smaller than it appeared online. I understand the hotel is rated 6.2, but there should still be some basic standards. The biggest issue was the smell. The hallway leading to my room, and the room itself, had a strong odor of marijuana and possibly other substances. The hallway did not look or feel clean. The pictures make the hotel and rooms look inviting, modern, and very clean. In reality, the property looked more run down and cramped. After walking through the hallway and into the room and noticing the smell and overall condition, I decided not to stay and went to a different hotel instead."

"When we arrived in our room there was a smell we opened the window, Then when unpacking I found a bag of garbage tied up in the closet. Did like the refrigerator and microwave in the room and they had added breakfast since the last time we stayed there. Would like to have more protein options but it was nice to be able to grab something on the way out."
