« This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony....

« The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts.
