Terrible bar. Below par for 4 stars
Worst experience in a four star hotel ever. Especially their bar is abysmal. We never received any service when we went in the evenings.

The room was quite small, however, it was clean and comfortable. As an international traveler, it was annoying to get in touch with the front desk or housekeeping from my room as they didn't offer a telephone. I had to go down to reception every time I needed something. The food was terrible, one of the worst pasta I've had in my life. I highly recommend going elsewhere for dining.

This hotel doesnt deserve 5* nor does it derlserve 4. The hotel itself is in a quiet neighbourhood, but its a pain to get to. The front desk, especially Julia and Alexander, are great with nothing being too much trouble. Selina? On the bar was exceptional but only have one bar tender on a Saturday evening seemed bizarre. The restaurant staff were unable or unwilling to help - a small blonde girl who i think was a supervisor was asked to help and flatly said no, thank goodness for the aforementioned Alexander. The room was what you'd expect and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue with the room was the aircon was far too cold even on the hottest setting but this may have been user error. Really quirky little touches you wouldn't necessarily expect of a Radisson.

Beautiful hotel
Staff were very friendly and their English was impeccable which was good as sadly my Swedish is awful. Lovely, comfortable room and great selection of breakfast option's. Overall a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. ( who also pointed out that there was a free ferry across to the main town)

Excellent weekend break
All staff very helpful always smiled. Hotel very clean & Hotel breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced on any city breaks. The rooftop spa was fantastic with amazing views. Location was great made easy by the great transport links the country has. The little free ferry from the pier at the bottom of the road from the hotel across to the city was a wonderful addition to our weekend break.

Amazing hotel and will come back again.
Great hotel with everything included. Fast service in the bar and restaurant, breakfast was also very nice, everyone can find what they prefer, tasty coffee and last but not least was the dinner, top quality of food. Highly recommended not only for business purpose but for any kind of accommodation.

Excellent room upgrade with balcony and big bathtub. We were on the same floor as the fun outdoor bar and three jacuzzis. Excellent breakfast. Fun commuter ferry nearby to take to the main city for sight seeing. Wonderful staff.
