We loved it but there were a whole bunch of conferences going on. We had to leave the pool for them to have a private event and that wasn’t great because we were paying for the use of the facilities just like them. Other than that, it was clean and the view was great, lots of parking (paid) and the pool was so nice and warm, even on the cooler days.

Personnels incroyables, la chambre très propre et aucun tapis.

Excellent stay, very comfortable, clean and well located for Universal parks.

Superbe hôtel. Excellent restaurants. Séjour très agréable.

Excellent location. Great staff. Good breakfast and lots of free parking.

It was a clean and new hotel, staff is friendly to the customers. the location is close to many parks that is very convient for tourisum.

Family of 4 with 2 teens, had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite. We arrived early morning expecting to leave our luggage in storage but we were lucky enough to be checked in early. Redeeming our park tickets in the hotel made our park visit that much easier. The shuttle to City Walk was fast and convenient. We ate dinner on-site 2 nights and it was delicious. All staff we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a short stay so we didn't use the pool or fitness center however they...

👍

We all enjoyed our stay, love the hotel, it’s pretty new, the mattress are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the staff are very friendly, close to the malls, restaurant and theme park. We’re definitely coming back.

Beautiful renovated property in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot! With excellent prices!

Stayed for 6 days and I lost say this Hotel is definitely great, shuttle buses to and from universal studios that run on time so be sure to be out there 10-15 mins before arrival. Hotel staff was amazing, breakfast was always hot and ready. Could add more items but overall great way to save money from going out to eat my daughter was alway full from breakfast. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone turning to save a bit but always enjoy the luxury of a 4-5 star and the pool is always clean and the...

Feels like a brand new hotel, everything was clean and pristine. Staff was great and the one bedroom style rooms were perfect for a family. Walkable to Walgreens, target and restaurants. $15 Uber to the Disney parks

Overall. Clean and safe hotel. Not so far from the airport.

The hotel itself was a great place to stay! Everything was super clean, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the family vacation booking desk was a different story. I would strongly recommend avoiding Emanuel at the booking desk. He offered to get us a deal on tickets in exchange for attending what was supposed to be a two hour presentation. However, he ended up selling us the wrong tickets, and what was supposed to be a short...

Me and my son had bed bugs.
