"Lovely stay for an extended work trip. It was the perfect balance of fun getaway (in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and cafes nearby) and practical cozy spot to come home to (with all the amenities). "

"My family and i had a great time staying here and seeing the city."

"Really enjoyed it. Close to good restaurants and shopping "

"Prime location for downtown Newport."

"First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. "This was an ideal place to stay visiting our son. It was close proximity to his house and downtown. The roof top balcony was a great place to sit and have a couple of drinks watching the sunset. We will definitely be back."

"Great place!"

"Very well outfitted. Fans are great! Very clean."

"Great property!"

"Property entrance was rough, with dark lighting and raised concrete paths, possible trip hazard. Backyard area in need of cleanup. Steps to enter property were small and somewhat difficult to use. Noise level was high. Third floor occupants were loud throughout stay. Unit was clean and comfortable."

"Wonderful room along the parade route for Opening day. Great location. Clean and comfortable. "

"There are so many restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities in the area. The neighborhood is well kept by the city and property owners, and the parking garage is just a short walk. We felt safe and had a great stay."

"The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s a beautiful home with lots of updated charm. The beds are large and comfortable in both rooms. The shower is awesome! Nothing beats that view off the balcony though! It’s absolutely stunning! The street is quiet and neighbors are kind. The location feels quiet and more secluded but it is within 10 mins of everything fun to do downtown! I would suggest parking your car there to secure a spot in front of the building and taking a Lyft...
