"My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful except one staff member working breakfast she seemed upset that we asked for pan spray for the waffle maker. The staff member yelled out loud at my husband in front of everyone having breakfast that the waffle maker did not need spray. This staff member appeared irritated with her job as she slammed down the stainless steel lids while refilling the bacon and eggs warmers."

"The property is lovely. Only thing that could be improved was the sauna situation. We tried to enjoy the sauna but it had been left on at an elevated temp that was unsafe. It seemed like the timer was broken and it had been heating excessively. We could not cool it off to a safe temp and so just got out."
