Big rooms; it used to be an apartment building. Full kitchen with washing machine but there was nothing to cook with, not even one pan. There's a note stating to call if more utensils are needed so if you plan on using the kitchen be sure to get everything up front. Great location beside a marina and very good walking paths. Lots of restaurants on the street and the best "breakfast all day" just several hundred feet across the bridge.

I was concerned when I arrived because I was in the heart of downtown during the World Cup, and this clearly was a bustling location. The clientele all appeared well-heeled and ready for a good time. I personally prefer a low key quiet stay, and I expressed that desire to the staff. They reserved me a beautiful room on a higher floor. I told them that I am partial to quite few pillows and found a veritable pillow fort waiting for me! I had asked for a steamer to prepare a dress for an event I was attending and one was brought to me almost immediately. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself if beautiful. Truly the only constructive feedback I could give was that there was no jam with my croissant, and no English Breakfast tea in my room. Both entirely non-issues. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Felt like home with enough space for 7 of us plus more.

Our stay was good but had to change rooms because there was a weird slightly rotten smell in the room.

Mapleleaf Square could not be in a better location for staying downtown. Took the train from Pearson Airport to Union Station and just walked to it without having to go outside. Right across from Rogers centre five minute walk to Ripley‘s aquarium. The apartment was clean and spacious for three of us. There were lots of shops, cafés and restaurants around. Would definitely book there again if going to Toronto.
