« Our stay was just ok. The location was great & it was a spacious townhome. The kitchen had plenty of cups/mugs, we did not cook anything. However there were several items that were a turnoff.1. There were no kitchen towels, sponge or washcloth.2. The kitchen light is missing the cover, exposing the harsh fluorescent lights.3. No towels were in the bathrooms. We found wet towels in the dryer.4. The upstairs bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work.5. The upstairs bathroom needs the tile redone, it...

« Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring! »

« Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t...
