« Loved staying here! Very clean room (and I’m pretty particular). Lots of fun things to do on the property (mini golf, heated pool, theater, arcade set to free play mode). Staff was very friendly! My only complaint would be the parking spots are too tight. Everything else was wonderful! »

« Very comfortable! We were a group of 2 families so the kickoff worked out great. Location was convenient to Williamsburg attractions but was very quiet. The kitchens had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable.Only complaint was check-in process— the room wasn’t ready til an hour past check-in and the staff at the front desk tried to pressure me into a timeshare pitch (thankfully I had messaged w the owner about this and she assured me it was optional). »

« First of all, be aware of what you are renting. The "cottages" are actually townhomes and there are four per unit. The walls are extremely then/poorly insulated so you feel like you’re staying with the other people who are next door. That said,, the place was comfortable & clean, but not meticulously maintained. The units are showing their age for sure. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. They really made the stay outstanding.Basically, if you’re going to stay here, bring earplugs...

« When we arrived, we checked in and our room was not clean, though it had been released for check in. The front desk staff was unhelpful, did not have any sense of urgency or empathy for the situation. We learned it was a much larger issue that just our unit, with more than 20 units that needed cleaned, and several families waiting in the lobby for access to their rooms.
