« Due to a maintenance issue, the owners contacted me about what was going on with the property. They went above & beyond as host & hostess to set us up in another property they own. We were informed about the issue & treated like royalty as the owners resolved the situation by thinking about their customers first. The owners were trying to get to the Airport but made time to handle everything without any delays. We will be staying with them again, and hopefully it will be at the treehouse...

« Everything about the hotel and the staff is great. My room was very clean and the staff is super nice. I don't have any complaints. This was not my first time staying here, I always stay here by choice. It has always been clean, this time around they remodeled and I like it even more. I know some parts of Shreveport are a little rough, but I give you my word this hotel is in a good area. I assure you it's clean and the staff is kind and accommodating. This is a safe hotel, I've stayed here many...
