"1. The information in the typed booklet was very out of date. Specifically with respect to the internet and TV. Very slow response to our emails and phone calls re problems with internet access. Issue was wrong details in the booklet! 2. Grey sofas badly stained 3. Very cheap mismatched cutlery some of which has sharp handles and is uncomfortable to hold. Suggest upgrading 3. Some art work would be nice, too many bare walls. 4. We stayed for 3 weeks no cleaning or clean bedding/ tea towels...

"We had a really wonderful stay. Everyone was so welcoming from reception to Refuge bar staff, even the lovely guy constantly cleaning the walk ways. Jazz in the Refuge was an unexpected surprise along with the signature clock tower scent. "
