"Had a terrible experience this time. Didn't have the room i reserved. Flooded my backup room, and air conditioner didn't work right in that room. Never offered to reimburse or even make it better. Made it very difficult to even ask for them to fix it (which should be priority #1, not something they make you have to beg for-still never got reimbursed for a downgrade. Back parking lot is VERY sketch. More broken down cars with people staying in them, coming and going than in Downtown Denver it felt like. Was not a safe environment. Bed sheets were also all pilled up, which always feels old and dirty. Not sure why those weren't thrown away."

"We were in Denver for a wedding and this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. If this is what a 3 star “hotel” (if you can even call it that) I don’t even want to know what a 4 star would look like. Save yourself the hassle and book an airbnb. The property is not well kept. All the rooms smell like cigarettes and there was definitely illegal activity going on in the parking lot and alot of interesting characters at night.. don’t say I didn’t warn you. Stay here at your own risk"
