« What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. « The instructions were succinct and easy to follow, the condo is lovely, cozy, and well-appointed! It was clean and had just about everything we needed : close to the venue of our conference, cozy and comfy. Loved having our own kitchen and two full baths! »

« The unit was older then I envisioned and it sure showed , The carpet needs to replaced ASAP there were numerous stains throughout, several blinds were broken and cracked, living room lamp was falling apart, the couch was uncomfortable, appliances were out dated. The thing we were most disappointed with was the lack of AC in the unit although there was a thermostat but it didn’t blow cool air They do provide a couple of box fans which helped with the uncomfortable conditions though »

« Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. »

« Kitchen was really small and had limited cooking utensils. Unfortunately, the pool/hot tub was closed and that was one of the reasons I booked the condo. Also, not sure the pool/hot tub was even close by. »
