I paid for an upgrade and when I got to my room there was furniture missing. The table-desk. There was an office chair but no table. I called front desk and got a desk later that day. Amenities such as coffee and water are not replenished daily. Even after I requested. Check in was typical GSR. Long line going to the front entrance door. Understaffed check in . I love this hotel and Reno. Been coming here for forty years. Just how it is here.

The only bad thing is they lock the garage at 7:30 that means you have to put a deposit on a remote to let yourself back into the garage for 75.00 dollars. You do get it back in 14 days. So we just left our car and didn’t get the remote.
