Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. We found it to be very comfortable and enjoyed spending our down time there. We bought peanuts for the blue jays and enjoyed watching the birds come in and gobble them up. The 4 season room is amazing. We enjoyed putting a puzzle together out there and watching the bald eagle make it's sweep of the river several times a day. Suggestions for improving a guest's experience would be to put out some bird feeders and improve the lighting with more lamps, we are readers so we appreciate extra light. The house was very clean and perfect for large families or a group. The kitchen was stocked very well and the television viewing was great for everyone in the living room.
