Nice big lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool water was very cold and not clean, so 4/5 for amenities, but if you don't care about the pool, the rest of the place is awesome

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was nice and clean. However there was a lot of young kids there for a sporting event that weekend and they ran up and down the halls constantly. The front desk did nothing about it. When we went to check out we stood at the front desk waiting to speak with someone and no one showed up. Never seen any staff so we just left.

Hotel Staff were all terrific! From Front Desk to Housekeeping to the pleasant Breakfast Personnel, all were extremely welcoming and eager to fulfill our requests. We will definitely return for future visits, particularly after the facility undergoes a planned make-over!

This hotel has been our go-to every time we've visited Sault Ste Marie, as it's fairly close to things like Soo Rocks, but in a far more relaxing atmosphere than staying along Portage Avenue or something.
