excellent front desk staff upgraded complimentary to a suite when first night bed not satisfactory great breakfast buffet

Rooms - really nice bed, comfortable sheets and pillows. well laid out overall with lots of space to move around and good finishes. handprints left on my bathroom faucet and coffee ring stains on the vanity but other than that the room was nice. Breakfast - was really well done with good range of food, clean and orderly Common areas - elevator both outside and inside was dirty with all sorts of marks on the inside and floor that were there for the duration of my stay. elevator buttons were worn and looked much older than the hotel would suggest. large number signs designating each floor had been scratched in various ways detracting from their appearance. Pool area and gym were spotless though from what I could see Parking lot - lots of spaces, rowdy group from the second night were throwing all sorts of small items (veggies, buckets of water, condoms) out their window. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were great, super pleasant to chat with and very helpful.
