The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving...
