This two storey villa is located in a prime position at February Point resort estates and is one of only a very small number of properties that are right on the beach. • Clean and comfortable spacious family home. • Ideal for couples or families. • Private sandy garden and beach right outside • Just a few feet from the ocean • Located in a secure and upscale resort estate • Fabulous dining at the close-by resort Rusty Anchor restaurant • Beautiful Beach Club with Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, umbrellas and loungers • En-suite master bedroom with spectacular ocean views to wake up to. • Well equipped kitchen • Fast Fiber Internet and TVs • Parking for 2 cars • Great base for visiting the Swimming Pigs. • Full length/width privacy curtains downstairs and upstairs master bedroom. • King size bed in master bedroom • Queen size bed in guest bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. From the villa, you can take a morning dip in the warm ocean or in the fresh water infinity pool at the Rusty Anchor beach club or just relax and enjoy the endlessly changing colors of the ocean and skies from the comfort of the large wrap around veranda or private sandy garden. The crystal clear waters for which Exuma is renown, is just a few feet from the villa, where you can safely swim, snorkel or fish. If you are looking to keep in shape, you can work out at the resort fitness centre or have a gentle game of tennis at one of the two floodlit courts. There is something for everyone at our lovely home. The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom. The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance. Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy. While expensive, it was worth it since we did encounter some very rough patches of roadway. We were fortunate to be visiting the island during Regatta. It was a really fun week. Also, we highly recommend renting a boat from Minns. We spent several days out on the water and exploring the beaches and sandbars. You absolutely cannot appreciate the beauty of Elizabeth Harbour unless you are on the water. It's probably the most beautiful water we've ever seen. Best location on the island, fantastic home on beach with amazing water views. 7 starfish, 3 sea turtles, 1 octopus and a visiting stingray live right outside your door. So fun to see them each year. Our second visit here was amazing even though the weather did not cooperate for the whole stay, we enjoyed every minute of it. All the amenities of home with a full kitchen for cooking our meals because there is not a lot of choices to eat out and everything closes early. The marina and beach club are a 3 minute walk away. Keeping our rental boat at the marina was perfect for our fishing and running around Elizabeth Harbor. Excellent location! Just 17 steps from the porch to the crystal clear waters of Elizabeth Harbor- I swam/snorkeled everyday! Wonderful porches both upstairs and down for sitting out and reading a book or cocktails. The hard part for my balance-challenged 70 yr old wife were the 17 steps between floors so it was one trip down for the day then one back up for bed. Shopping, food store, restaurants and boat rentals were all minutes away. Loved the ability to snorkel/swim right outside the home but be sure to bring water shoes as the beach is extremely rocky once you descend the stairs towards the water. Wendy, the property manager, was extremely responsive and gave us great beach recommendations. Owners were always quick to respond as well! The pools are very close to the unit, which was great for the kids. We are a very active family so I did miss a kayak or paddle board- it seemed most of the units around us had this feature included with the rental. The hosts were quick to respond to any emails and helpful with suggestions on what to do, restaurants, renting a car, etc. We were there for our 25th anniversary, and they had a bottle of wine and a sweet hand written card waiting for us. The house is basically across the water from Chat N Chill. We felt safe and had no issues; the neighborhood is quiet and clean. We watched two turtles bob around in the water in front of the house most every day we where there and saw a star fish. The security personnel at the gate to the neighborhood are very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile and kind words. ##### Robin R. The location couldn't be better - close to Georgetown for shopping, yet nestled away for ultimate privacy and just steps from the soft sand and soothing waves. There are two pools in February point. The smaller is just steps away and perfect to cool off after morning excursions. We hired massage therapists from the spa to come to the property one morning. They setup in the living room where we could hear the waves crashing. The kitchen had a decent supply of tools, pans, and utensils. Linens were ok, when we arrived the cleaning crew was still working so we were not able to get into the unit until almost an hour and a half after our check-in time. I suspect the cleaning crew were in a rush b/c we found a comforter draped over the balcony and neither bed had a comforter on it.
