"About this house - I have only three words of advice. BOOK IT NOW!!!The photos do not really do it justice, it is so comfortable and clean The lawn and yard down to the beach and boat slip are beautiful and very well kept. The southern views are some of the most beautiful views on the island with the added bonus of being the ideal place for both beautiful sunrise for the early risers and perfect sunsets ever evening. The two bedrooms was perfect for the two of us and we felt right at home the instant we walked in. The washer/ dryer makes your travel so much easier. Everything you need to bring can easily fit into one small bag (leave your socks at home). Spotless upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. The owners and caretaker/manager were very quick to respond to any questions or issue that came up. We booked it for two weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. We will surely be back."

"This is a wonderful new home with a truly stunning ocean view!! Communication with the owners was a breeze, almost instantaneous. It was peaceful and quiet but not too far from town. The sofas and beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having the new washer/dryer and kayaks. We saw a turtle swimming right off our beach! The new acoustic guitar in our closet was a nice surprise as well! Since this was a new listing, I was hesitant before booking, but I have no doubt this will fill up with rave reviews in no time! "

"Nothing like being right on the water. We saw turtles every day and a large ray visited us one morning. This is a great property with super responsive hosts! We appreciated the resort amenities and the super short walk to Jolly Hall beach. The outdoor shower was amazing to clean up and rinse off after a long day in the sand. We loved the yeti cooler. The kitchen was well stocked too! We will return!! "

"We can’t say enough amazing things about our stay! Jack sent us so many lists of things to do before our trip! He was always very quick to answer and respond to any questions or concerns we had. Kay was there to great us and show us around. We used the dock, patio, kayaks daily. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of 2 meals. Kitchen is well stocked. The cottage was perfect for us grandparents and the rest of our family enjoyed the main house. Off the dock… we saw sea turtles, stingrays, starfish,crabs and plenty of colorful fish. The grandkids enjoyed jumping off the dock at high tide and the swings. There were 7 of us total and plenty of room! We also walked out to sandbar at low tide. "
