The kitchen has everything you need and more, the beds are comfortable, the pool is perfection, and we appreciated all the beach equipment which made it easier for us to pack light knowing we didn't need to bring extra gear. The private beach was icing on the cake. Being able to explore beautiful Hoopers Bay by snorkel or kayak was so much fun! There is absolutely nothing we would have changed about the house, and we can't want to come back again. "We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite beach house in Exuma, and we cannot recommend it enough. The outside patio area is simply spectacular, featuring a refreshing pool, pristine beach access, a convenient grill for cookouts, a swing to enjoy the ocean breeze, and hammocks, too. The house was well stocked with all things you would need. Tina was quick to respond to any questions we texted her. The double washer/dryer was a real plus, too! It is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort, making for an unforgettable family vacation experience. We can't wait to return!"

"Do yourself a favor and book this immediately! The owners were fantastic, the house was just perfect! The location was perfect for our family. It was secluded but not too far from town, extremely peaceful, the water was calm and absolutely gorgeous. The house was very very nice, clean and the views were amazing. The kids used the kayaks almost daily and there were sandbars to explore and so many different fish and water wildlife to see! This was our first time in Exuma and we had the best stay you could possibly imagine."

"The property is located right on the beach with a wonderful unobstructed view. The covered porch on three sides provides shade and multiple sitting areas with a nice cooling breeze. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and good A/C and ceiling fans. We would certainly rent here again on our next visit to George Town."
