"I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars for Rick and Jodi’s place. Everything was perfect and Rick made everything as stress free as possible. He was very communicative before the trip which helped calm any nerves and had an answer to every question we asked.Also provided great recommendations of chefs, restaurants, activities and site seeing.Do not even question whether or not you should book this place, 10/10 worth every penny."

"This house was perfect! I loved the location on the island and we had our own private little lagoon! Our kids played for HOURS snorkeling, paddle boarding, canoeing right in the back yard beach area. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The island lost power for about a day due to a storm but since the house had a generator, we never lost power! When I go back, I am definitely staying here again."

"I love Exuma and staying in a villa with a well-stocked kitchen, excellent location, and beautiful views in a superb location adds so much to the experience. This trip was with my sister, and she loved Villa Seacroft as well. Both the hosts and Sasha the house manager are extremely attentive and lovely to interact with. If you're looking for a two bedroom villa, this fits the bill perfectly! Close to both pools, right on the beach, and perfectly furnished."

"We had a wonderful stay at Shipwreck. Our family of 6 (including kids and a senior citizen) were comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was efficient and Kay was there to greet us ( even after we were delayed). Jack was amazing at giving us all the information about Exuma along with some great recommendations. The kids loved that we had our own private beach access and the views can’t be beat. Beds were clean and comfortable. Few minor updates in the kitchen area and this place will be a gem!! Overall we had a great trip and look forward to returning to one of Jack’s properties."

"The property and home were exactly as pictured and described. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, dock, kayaks and paddle boards, huge screened in porch, and beachfront for our family with 2 teenagers. Communication prior to our trip, as well as while we were there, was very attentive and helpful regarding the home, activities and restaurants on the island, making sure we’re were happy with our stay. They were even able to have the house stocked with all of our groceries and drinks the day of our arrival.If we are able to come back to vacation in beautiful Exuma (which I hope we do) we would absolutely stay at Jack’s Island House again!"
