We treat all of our guests like family and we strive to earn your rave reviews after every visit. "Bella Vista" is a nod to our family's Italian heritage. Meaning "Beautiful View" There is no simpler way to begin to describe the allure of this piece of heaven. The entrancing views from the front porch will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler. With the ever-changing colors of the water, the gentle lapping of the water just steps from your front door, and the occasional rainbow stretching across the sky, Bella Vista certainly earns her name. We have enjoyed 6 years of hosting and have been blessed with a loyal family of guests since the beginning. Bella Vista's popularity has grown thanks to our guests and the wonderful comments made about their experience. If your dates are not available, please check out our sister property; Bella Vista Breeze, which is just 3 doors down!! We want everyone to enjoy the wonders of Exuma. With 2 properties of our own and our network of friends within the resort offering a wide array of other villas to choose from, we can certainly find the perfect accommodations for you, your family, extended family, and all of your friends. Please feel free to ask!! We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental. Bella Vista is thrilled to be part of the Guest Services Program at The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club. Being a part of this program is what separates Bella Vista from some other properties. Our guests have complete access to the Pool, Fitness Center, all Watersports, Shuttle service into George Town, the brand new Hospitality Suite, and the concierge services of the front desk. Not all properties are the same, underpriced properties do not give you access to anything the resort has to offer. Michael and Roseann were great to work with as always, good communication, provided resources and recommendations etc. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. Looking on line I noticed that this wonderful 1 bdr cottage was available for a few days and jumped on it. I needed a Bahama break.So happy I did. The location is fabulous. Perfectly clear swimmable water, fantastic snorkeling, good restaurants in walking distance. Comes with kayaks and paddle boards and water toys. I was able to order groceries in advance and have them delivered for my arrival!The bed was super comfortable, Kitchen has everything you need. I felt very safe here and in George Town.The owners go out of their way to be accommodating. they are fantastic! Highly recommend this rental for solo or couple. ##### Lynette O. The place was immaculate and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We visited many of the places listed in their recommendations and enjoyed them all. The cottages vary in terms of their comfort and supplies and Bella Vista is the absolute best. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrella and the stocked kitchen. The views are unbeatable - you can see the ocean from the bed. The owners have great communication in advance of arrival and made everything easy for us. Prior to booking Bella Vista, I read the description and reviews and I'm happy to say BV is truly a gem. The unit is updated and fully stocked; the view from the unit is gorgeous and the location on Exuma is outstanding as well. Michael and Roseann are wonderful and really do treat you like family. They were extremely helpful before, during and even after our stay! They went above and beyond to make our first visit to Exuma a memorable one. Michael and Roseann answered all our questions promptly and reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. You couldn't ask for more personal service than that! Bella Vista was just so homey and inviting and had everything we needed or wanted. Location on the beach and the access to Hideaways amenities just added to the overall great experience.
