"The check in staff could be a bit more friendly. The concierge desk staff was very friendly. We asked and recieved a late checkout, however the cleaning staff still showed up at the original checkout time. Communication on adjusted checkout times may need some improvement. "

"The first room we were given the floor was not vacuumed since the previous guests. If you had to speak to the staff all but 2 definitely made you feel like you were bothering them. But on a positive note we had plenty of hot water for showers."

"I love the well kept grounds and the clean condo that I found. The concierge was great. This was handled by text and anything we needed was provided quickly, within 15 minutes. The activities were fun for my granddaughter and grandson. The indoor pool was too crowded and had too much chlorine, but the outdoor pool looked wonderful. It was just too cool to be open yet. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
