"Overall the hotel was nice, but the room was missing some small details that make the Holiday Inn what it's known for. The lobby was very nice. The hallway to the room was warm and had an odor. The room was EXTREMELY hot and the thermostat did not work. It was more of a window unit. The TV only had local cable and no option to use or watch streaming services. The closet doors could not open all the way since the floor was warped. The shower faucet would not turn off. We had to push and pull the handle in different ways just to get the water to stop. Other than that, it was a good stay. Details really do make the difference especially when you are paying these kinds of prices."

"Our flight was delayed and ended up missing free shuttle. Had to take a taxi and the hotel wouldn’t refund us. Poor. "

"The breakfast menu was acceptable. The shuttle service was terrible. After waiting for over an hour I ended up having to Uber. The hotel said the terminal was too busy to get to. During the time I waited the hotel next door had their shuttle arrive twice."
