From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in.
The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room.
Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good.
I highly recommend this...

Lovely property. It’s very large and attached to a water park. When booking we requested a quiet room. As a result, our room was at the very back of the hotel on the 2nd floor, distant from the front desk and restaurant. Given the layout of the hotel, it made unloading/loading our luggage tricky as we needed to use one of the two elevators to ferry our luggage on a luggage cart. No complaints otherwise.

As the kitchen stuff were clean.
The breakfast could be improved. Oatmeal and bananas ran out 1 hour before closing.
On a regular day, breakfast ends at 9:00 am. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was a total disappointment. For $17, the pack included two strips of bacon, over easy egg cooked on a messy grill, 5 sliced cherry tomatoes and a slice of bread.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was that housekeeping came in when I was told that they only clean once every other day so that bothered me because my dog was in there, but other than that, everything was extremely nice and enjoyable at the hotel
