"This place was extremely convenient. It was close to everything we needed. Rooms are super clean, so is the rest of the hotel. Great job to the housekeeper Maria who took such pride in making sure we had the best room."

"Great hotel. We needed a hotel for a basketball tournament, but most hotels that particular weekend were over $300 per night. I found this hotel for a great rate, and it is in a great area. We were able to walk to Bubba 33’s for dinner. The next morning we had to leave by 6:45am to head to my daughter’s first game, but breakfast didn’t start until 7am. The amazing staff let my daughter into breakfast early to grab a few things to eat on the way. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels in the rooms, and very friendly staff. "

"This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in Indianapolis. Close to an IKEA and a whole walkable shopping and dining complex. The property is updated and well cared for and the staff are amazing. "

"I was leery to stay here after reading the reviews. I decided to go w/the majority of the reviews and I'm glad I did! The area is a great area & close to alot. The grounds are beautiful! I chose the area based on location & the fact it had a kitchenette. I took a few dishes & a skillet, etc. I did take a hot plate just in case. I didn’t ask at the desk if they had any dishes, utensils, etc. They very well may have. That said, the stove top did work. There is a timer on the wall to keep the stove from being left on & forgotten. Ours was located behind the countertop microwave. I tried the stove top before discovering the timer, & of course it did not work. I brought out the hot plate for breakfast. While cleaning up from that, I discovered the timer. Lo & behold, the stove top worked! As for the negative reviews, we didn’t experience any of it. No smells (hubby has the nose of a beagle), hallways were clean, room appeared to have been newly painted. Room was spotless as was the bathroom. The room was the quietest we have stayed in in quite awhile. If I had anything negative to say at all, it would be there was no tissue box in the bathroom & the pillows were not very fluffy. Tjps: Bring a hairdryer & shampoo. Again, they could have these - we didn't ask. We have found hairdryers are missing at the more economical motels. These complaints must come from people who expect The Ritz on a beer budget or they are trolls who leave negative reviews for their competitors. AAA "
