"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. "We tried to book ahead for early check in and it’s not promised so we completely understand that but when we showed up and our room wasn’t ready the staff was less than helpful. We figured if we were trying to check in early and they knew we arrived they might send a message up to house keeping to push our room towards the front of the line. Despite checking back a couple of times we were able to get into our room until almost 15 minutes past regular check in. It was a total of four hrs we waited around for our room. Despite that we didn’t let it ruin our trip and we did enjoy several amenities of the casino/hotel/spa. My recommendation to the hotel would be to make sure that the staff communicate clearly if Chick-fil-A can do it I think a big casino can do it too."
