This was my 2nd time staying at this location and my wife's 1st time. We both like this motel and will stay here again when we go back to Mississippi. The only downfall this trip was that our rental vehicle got hit by another vehicle in the parking lot some time during the night. Other than that it was a great stay.

Rooms are newly remodeled. Mattress is cheap (can feel springs). Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke, truly foul scent in the room. Many guests appear to live there long term or even permanently. Rough area, was definitely nervous. Has kitchenette and nice big fridges. No shampoo or conditioner in shower. Coin operated washer dryer available. Positive staff interactions. Cheapest hotel in the area by far. Will never return due to room smell, mattress, and sense of ill safety. But- they do seem to be trying. If budget is constraint, it’s an option.

I checked in and out within 20mins. The front of the property was nothing to brag about, as we circled the property to our room it got progressively worse. We walked into the room and the overpowering smell of urine and stale marijuana took our breath away. It was absolutely horrendous. The beds were made, the closet door broken, and dirty bathroom floors were the icing on the cake. I didn’t expect much, but I was seeking a decent places to lay our heads for the night. The staff were nice, but unfortunately the property was awful.
