"The hotel's proximity to both the old town and the Guggenheim museum makes it the ideal location. When it came to checking in and out, the staff was all welcoming and accommodating. Our room was neatly maintained, quite large, and had a very comfortable bed. However, because the shower's drainage was a little plugged, we had a minor issue. Even with this minor issue though, we had a pleasant stay."
"Great city centre hotel.
But the underground car park can be hard to find for the 1st time and it is also very tight so may struggle with a bigger car or SUV.
The hotel doesn’t have a bar area as such but more of a social meeting area with waiter service to the table or sofa.
There is also an outside patio area I believe as well.
Didn’t try breakfast as I had to leave early every day.
Did try room service and the food was great.
Would recommend and stay here again myself.

"As much as possible, stay away from rooms fronting Calle Rodriguez Arias as youth gangs congregate there starting at 11pm and staying till 6am. They get so loud with all their shouting and loud talking that it will ruin your sleep. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."
