"wow— we stayed here on short notice and it was awesome!! great place for kids to burn off energy at the indoor pool area. we were fortunate enough to get a poolside room too so it was quick & easy access for us to go back and forth. the staff were also AMAZING! i’m honestly just so impressed. Andrea at the front desk was superb! like seriously, i was in awe at how kind she was and went above and beyond to prioritize our room to be ready early (we had a cranky toddler in desperate need of a nap lol). we would definitely stay here again. also- the onsite restaurant was SO GOOD!!! we were shocked bc typically those places can be mid but, it was soooo good. the beds were very comfortable; rooms were so clean and smelled fresh "

"The pool was the best part — the kids had a lot of fun on the waterslide! Everything else was either so so or bad. Food took forever— both for dinner and breakfast. Items were missing from our ur dinner order which took an hour to arrive. We opted for ala cart menu for breakfast — 3 orders of pancakes — which took over 30 min and were all raw on the inside. Our room had a lovely view but It was dusty and run down so not a place we’d want to hang. My iced coffee from the coffee bar was $8.00 and came from a bottle of coffee concentrate (meaning not even made in house) I was glad we only stayed one night — the pool was fun but otherwise we were ready to go. "

"Second time for us, great location, lots of things to do within walking distance, room was nice, clean, no complaints, if there was any complaint, it would be about the pool, they closed it for resurfacing, mid vacation, a little heads up would have been nice, other than that, we will be back, thanks for the memories, until next time, thank you "

"Clean hotel that is a short walk right to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stops right out front to take you around town absolutely free. The breakfast was decent, coffee was fresh. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances we had to end our stay early and Samantha at the front desk was very kind in assisting with the checkout and explaining how to possibly get a refund since we booked through a 3rd party site. We are already planning on coming back next year and staying at the same hotel."

"We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park. "
