« The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. »

« Un bel hôtel très calme et reposant, dans une nature très préservée. Parfaitement entretenu et décoré, la propreté est exemplaire. Les lits et les chambres sont très confortables. Le spa est très relaxant et les soins sont de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que la table le soir. L’arrivée en téléphérique est vraiment un moment unique. La situation est très bonne: montagne, lacs et les châteaux de Louis II sont proches. Vraiment un très bon moment. »

« L’hôtel est ancien grand et spacieux. Pas d’air conditionné. Si on a la chance d’avoir une chambre côté montagne c’est génial. Le bar ne nous a pas donné du tout envie d’y aller : télé allumée, donnant sur rue, tout noir à l’intérieur. Pas du tout l’endroit où on a envie de s’arrêter boire un thé. Par rapport aux prix pratiqués à Garmisch c’est franchement super. Il y a un sauna et un spa mais je n’y suis pas allée. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Ils nous ont gardé les valises le jour où nous...

« The facility was very nice and had a cool design. The room was very comfortable and had a good amount of space, would for sure recommend over staying in a traditional hotel room. The breakfast spread was very good and came with more than enough food and great coffee to top it off. Very close to down town area with plenty of dining and shopping. Short drive to all the great things to do outdoors. Customer service is top notch. Would highly recommend staying here! »

« hotel de charme cuisine raffinée petit dej copieux a coté de la rue pietonne et face aux arret de bus urbains et a environ 900 m du skibus service de bagagerie quand vous arrivez le matin a 8h30 pour un check in a 15hoo pas de soucis on preut laisser les bagages et se changer afin de ne pas perdre de temps pour le ski au depart de meme nous prenions le train a 22hoo check out a 11hoo nous avons laisser nos bagages et dand l apres midi on nous a ouvert le sauna afin de prendre une douche et se...

« The positives- the location was very nice. Close to the bus stop, easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact. The negatives- the house was so over decorated for Christmas, the towels were shabby and need to be replaced, the bed pillows were so lumpy. The property is nice, just needs to be updated. »
