"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"Fantastic apartment, very well equipped and super clean. Nice extra touches with dressing gowns, shower gel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return. "

"We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this flat. Situated midway along Ludwigstraße, its location afforded us easy walking distance to shops, ATM, and the public parking garage. Parking initially for us was a challenge since we could not use the underground lot nor access directly the public parking garage due to road construction. Once located, however, this garsge was easy and convenient to use."

"What a wonderful apartment! It’s right in tbe old town of Partenkirchen and surrounded by restaurants and cafes/bakeries. It was quite large and plenty warm during a very cold weekend. All of the bedrooms do have doors. Two spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub perfect for kids. The underground parking was quite low and tight, and we couldn’t fit our van in. But there is plenty of free overnight street parking."

"All the rooms were modern and a good size. The lounge/kitchen was well equipped with nice furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Our car was unused during our stay, but left in a secure parking space at the property. Our e-bikes were secured over night in a locked garage. The easy walk into central Garmish was about ten minutes. With our bikes we were able to visit all the locations/towns around Garmish, via the dedicated cycle paths or minor roads and mountain trails."

"Any early check in possibility does not exist. The office to pick up keys is only open from 3 - 6. When we arrived at 3 o'clock we were told to wait on the sidewalk for a half hour while another client was being served. The information provided was minimal. Usually there is someone to show the apartment and explain things. The underground parking area is not signed and was difficult to find. The garage door would not open when we arrived and when we left. There is no welcome information for...

"This was a great location within walking distance of shopping, eating and great hiking. Loved that we could enjoy a cool Radler from the bistro below the apartment and a bath to soak sore muscles after a long day of hiking. We would stay here again."

"Absolutely amazing. You can not have a better location. Saint Martins Church and the town Square right out our door. "We had a wonderful experience and stay at this place. We were awed by the place as soon as we saw it. You wake up to a Mountain View every morning. It’s very quiet and peaceful. You have your own privacy. It’s like coming home to your own place. Has a cozy couch, dining area, kitchen, sleeping king size bed and spacious bathroom. Can’t ask for more. "This was a large apartment in a good location. There is a grocery, bakery, and bus stop within about a 5 min walk. The apartment itself was clean but worn. Very little attention is given to supporting the guest experience for English only speakers with critical information such as how to operate the washing machine or access the bicycles missing. That said, the location and size of the apartment are so good that if you can look beyond the other issues (bring your own soap and toilet paper) this...
