"Wonderful property for multi-family reunion!"

"Great property! We had all ages and stages and the house was stocked with everything for everyone! And there was plenty so you weren't washing the same 5 dishes or towels over and over again. They even have plenty of kid dishes, cups, utensils etc *Just bring your own beach towels if going to the lake. Any minor issue I had, like batteries died in remote (I'm an insomniac and watch TV during the night) was addressed as soon as I let Amy know. She is just a text/call away.Everything was labeled in the house, directions to operate things were very clear, there was even a book to help with your stay for the house and the area. The house felt clean which means a lot when you're staying somewhere other than your own home. I happen to be writing this review just after leaving a different property that had grime from years past. It made me really appreciate the cleanliness of Amy's property. The property was close enough to everything without being right in the main area wirh lots of traffic. Things I likedThe View2 full fridges Filtered R/O waterOutdoor dinning on patio right off kitchen Grill and Blackstone on patioToys, indoor, outdoor and water activities Blackout shades Playground (just wear shoes its thorny) Firepit with pokers for smores or hot dogsTheres plenty more amenities, just running out of room. Lol Thank you for being part of the great memories our family had!!"

"We had a wonderful stay, staff was so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was outstanding. Service was great. They started our fire and we cooked smores under the stars. Highly recommend "

"When I arrived at the place, it was difficult for me to check it out. The bathroom has problems with the shower, the water stagnates and the shower is dirty."

When I requested more I got towelsLeft front burner on stove does not auto light so they brought me a lighterHand can opener was broken. They did bring a new one. Hot pads were terrible. They did bring coupled of new ones Outside not cleaned up. Garbage. Broken chair. Wire. Roofing nails on the driveway. wire in the fire pit Don’t plan on group activities in the yard. Not much of a flat area Top outlet in upstairs bathroom does not work. Blinds on sliding door are brokenThey ask you to take off your shoes in the house but you are going to kill your feet on the broken kitchen floor and deckDeck banister and floor are not stableWAY OVERPRICED FYI for those thinking of staying. It’s an older double wide on a foundation. Needs a lot of maintenance"

"This place was perfect! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone had their own area to sleep, hang out, watch TV, andeven provided beach towels which is a nice plus! "

"We loved our stay at Black Moose. The home was spacious, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for the 40 of us. The large indoor pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the large indoor basketball/ pickleball court. The yard was very large and worked great for our outdoor activities. We could walk to all the eating out options. Plenty of parking for the eight cars. "
