Includes a key card for access to Ideal Beach! Large gathering spaces, plenty of space for your family reunion or weekend getaway with friends! The entire place is inviting, clean, and memorable! Ideal Beach Certainly you are planning your summer trip to Bear Lake to play in the water! The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won't have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach Resort! Ideal Beach Resort has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families! Main Level The kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and serve meals, an island with bar stools, and a large dining table. In the pantry, you have access to many kitchen appliances including a double air fryer, Instant Pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. Come prepared to make and enjoy meals with your loved ones; there are plenty of supplies to do so! During the warmer months, the outdoor tables offer seating to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. The living room has large windows spanning the east side of the home to ensure constant lake views. The large deck is perfect for enjoying early morning sunrises or evening sunsets. The views are beautiful and new furniture has been added to make the deck a nice place to relax. The upstairs master suite is large with plenty of natural light. In this room you can enjoy the king bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. Also on this level is a bathroom and a mud/laundry room that connects to the garage. Downstairs Your group will love the Bear Lake Monster theme in the basement! There are three comfortable couch that converts to beds with bedding available. A ping pong table is available for some friendly competition! Your group can watch movies, play games or ping pong, or simply enjoy the lake views from the couch. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The golf-themed room also has an en-suite bathroom. The third basement bedroom is the bunk room! Three triple bunk beds make this room the perfect hang-out spot for the kids in the group. There are enough beds in the home for 17 people. The three couch beds account for the remainder of the 23-guest capacity. Outdoors/Garage Enjoy the sky swings under the deck as you watch the sunset! Relax in the private hot tub after a long day at the beach or on the slopes. Plenty of parking space for everyone's vehicles, trailers, ATVs, etc in the driveway. In the garage, there are four sets of golf clubs available for use. 2 kayaks with lifejackets are welcome to guests. Foosball is also in the garage. Because of the garage amenities, there is no parking available in there. For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution. No camping, including RVs, allowed in this HOA. The teenagers loved the hot tub, outdoor games, plus the family room with the ping pong table, arcades, and large TV. They all fought over the huge bean bag chair! The toddlers spent hours on the swing set and imagining all sorts of adventures in the boat. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat in the kitchen and on the large covered deck. The kitchen had the best stocked pantry of any place we have stayed. It was very convenient to drive back and forth to Ideal Beach which was a big plus to have that access. We all loved relaxing in the swings and watching the full moon come up over the mountain. Everyone wants to come back again! They do not give enough credit to the unobstructed views of Bear Lake. There is a golf course right below the home so there are no homes in view between this house and the lake. The house is nicely furnished. Kids had a blast in the bunk room. Plenty of driveway and garage space for 2 boats and other cars. Eating dinner on the patio and playing cards on the deck watching the sunset was so magical and a highlight. We really enjoyed access to Ideal Beach, lots of fun activities! New linens and towels. Very clean and well taken care of. Definitely one of our favorite Bear Lake houses we’ve ever rented over 20 years coming. ##### Gabriela K. It being connected to Ideal Beach Resort was a bonus and we went everyday. Great location, beautiful views and a great place to stay. We did have issues with the AC unit and weren’t able to use it 4 out of the 5 days we stayed. It kept freezing up even when we were vigilant in keeping windows and doors closed. It was easier to keep it off and open windows and doors to stay cool at night. Hopefully that can get fixed. It’s our only complaint with this house. ##### Hailey S. My siblings kept telling me what a good find this place was for our family. There was adequate seating for dinners and it was so nice to have two living areas. The swings next to the hot tub were a huge hit! In fact, two of my siblings ended up buying some for their own homes because they loved them so much! Having access to Ideal Beach provided us with all the activities and a side of nostalgia. A family reunion success! ##### Chris W. The location was awesome with great views. Access to Ideal Beach was fantastic! The house was large and allowed everyone their own room with plenty of common space for activities. We had the best time staying at this property! It’s less than 5 minutes downtown or to the beach. The home is brand new and very beautifully decorated and comfortable! It had everything we could need… crockpot, air fryer, rice cooker, waffle iron, etc. It even had a cupboard stocked with basic spices, oil, etc. The home slept up to 23 people very comfortably. It had the most gorgeous views of the golf course and Bear lake! It had a huge covered deck with a bbq grill, multiple tables for seating. Below the deck there were comfortable sky chairs hung for lounging hammock style and taking in the view. There was also a new hot tub, which was a lot of fun! There were two big family rooms which both had ample seating and big tvs. Some of the bedrooms had tvs too. There was a ping pong table and a game closet stocked with some games, books and kids movies. The home had fast internet and we were easily able to do some work on our laptops as well as stream movies through our apps and cast them to the smart TVs. The home has a big two car garage which also had 4 sets of golf clubs available for use. Additionally, the home has a pass to Ideal Beach included. You get free beach access and also the use of the many amenities at Ideal beach resort. There is also a rental company right on the beach where you can rent boats, jet skis. We played pickleball, ate delicious food, and biked around garden city. It’s a great place and location! Would definitely stay there again! ##### Jamie H. It was very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kids had a blast in the bunk room. The deck was amazing. I could sit out there all day. The TVs were all set up so you can stream a movie or show. We plan on coming back to this place with our friends once the hot tub is put in. The hosts were very quick to get back to us as well. Slept everyone comfortably. Well stocked with everything we needed. Not a lot of yard space for the kids to play. The house, which has all vinyl type wood flooring , made it echo quite a bit and seemed quite noisy with a lot of people. Overall a very nice place that our family enjoyed staying.
