Very friendly, very attentive and accommodating. My only concern is the internet situation. There should be a minimum type of free access. Then, for the gamers and anyone who feels they need greater (faster) access, a charge. The options given were also not flexible. We were there for 4 nights. If we chose to use the Worldmark wi fi, we either had to pat $9.99 a day, or $50 for 10 days. The access to the TV and casting. You are forced to sign up for in house WiFi. The whole WiFi situation was very frustrating. Enough so that I would pause to decide to stay at Worldmark again. It’s an unnecessary inconvenience. The room had everything. The indoor pool and hot tub were the biggest I’ve ever seen and were open 8a-10p. . Location was perfect for skiing at Beaver Mountain.
