Had a nice stay. Good location with free parking. Nice large comfortable room. Only negative - was breakfast service was very slow, and a bit underwhelming. Tea and coffee should be the first thing served not the last. The staff were unmotivated to serve.

Good location in Galway to experience the sea views and bay. The hotel itself is a little tired, but reasonably clean. The staff in the restaurants and lounge are exceptional! This is where the hotel shines, as well as having lovely views across the bay. Also front desk staff was lovely and had a small fridge brought to our room when we enquired about refrigerators. We had breakfast included and it was very satisfying with typical full Irish breakfast choices, plus cereal, toast, yoghurt and fruit. About a 30 minute walk to old town Galway.

This hotel was a great option to stay at outside of downtown Galway. It was along the water and we walked the 1 .6 miles to town and back without an issue. We attended Trad on the Prom which is right next door. Bed was comfortable, room was large, good water pressure. Only complaint is I prefer a softer pillow. We are at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Both were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything in the room and hotel was spotless, all staff were very friendly and helpful, parking easy and convenient. The breakfast was nice, especially with a view of the prom. About half an hour walk from the city centre but it's a lovely walk.
