This expansive Galveston escape boasts a main house (7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms) & a guest house (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full-size kitchen), ideal for families, friends, and groups! Make a splash in the private Cowboy pool, soak up the sun on the deck, or stroll to the beach (less than 5 min drive!). Explore nearby Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn (8 min away) and create lasting memories at The Good Life! Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 8 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn! Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. GVR-10632 House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- Prom groups / school related stays must be approved. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees.
