Good overall stay. The only complaint is about the TV. Only a few channels were available and the remote did not have the ability to select inputs (hdmi). Other than that, for the price this was a good stay. Right on the beach and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very easy to check-in and checkout! My room was very clean and the housekeeping lady was very nice when I asked to exchange decaf coffee for regular kind. I can't tell anything about breakfast and pool, since I just spent one night and weather was bad! My only concern was about the door to elevator can't open from parking and I had to walk to the other elevador with my heavy stuff

The room itself was very clean, but the hallways seemed dirty. Great parking though and easy access to the beach.

Key cards were very unreliable. Under hotel parking could use cleaning. Pricing VERY deceptive; paid three times the rate that went down in less than two hours after booking and checking in. Good point was breakfast bar. Atmosphere inside room was damp and had an odor of mildew.
The only thing that I have a complaint about is the floor in our hotel room could have been a little cleaner .

It was very nice. They let me check in early. They are very nice. They are very serious and they love their customers. There was an altercation where there was 2 different couples the same night 12 am 1am ish where they were screaming and cussing at eachother in the hallway.

The room and staff were nice the last night there the people next door music was so loud the walls were vibrating and in middle off night person was banging on door threatening the occupants thought was going to get violent

For the price, the place was okay. However, there were some issues: 1) The room key kept malfunctioning. 2) The AC units were very old fashioned and it was very loud. 3) the breakfast provided was very basic - no protein options.
But, despite these the con factors, for the price and the stay, it was okay.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at so far on the seawall when driving in for a cruise. The room was huge and spacious enough to accommodate our whole family and was very affordable. I have a new place to stay when I come each time, please don’t change. Breakfast was good too.

We could not enjoy any part of the property because of the overwhelming smell of marijuana. We smelled it in the hallways, in the pool area, parking lot and on our balcony.

Staff were nice and helpful. Place is pretty good a little outdated but very clean. We had a wonderful time and stay. Parking is easy and convenient elevators and stairs in each corner to get to floors quicker without the long walk.
