Easy and nice hotel. You do have to pay $10 a night for parking. But it was all clean and easy.

Great customer service, good breakfast and loved the fact it had a balcony. It's licated across the street from walmart and just one block from the beach. I will be booking here again

Got a room next to elevator and the elevator chime was very loud. Ceilings are not insulated well and you can hear people in the room upstairs walking back and forth. Dirty linen on hall floor and left overnight

Overnight stop on vacation
Breakfast was lovely. Hot, fresh, a lot of variety. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything looked really clean. HVAC worked great. We had a good stay with a balcony view if the gulf.

Stayed there the night before our cruise, walkable distance to beach and walmart. Pool was out for repair a few months and it is not free parking, you get charged for something you expect to be included. The staff was nice, food was good. Would use again next time in town.

Not great, but works in a pinch
Our closet door wouldn't stay shut, the balcony doors required printed instructions to be able to open and close, our curtains only opened about 4", the room had been converted to an ADA compliant room and there was bare drywall still showing, the shower leaked all over the bathroom, and the worst part was the constant door slamming of other guests and the lack of willingness to address it by the staff.

We enjoyed the hotel. Being there on a Sunday night, we were hoping to see NFL football. The only two channels not available. We’re both football channels. We asked the girl at the desk and went to the TV down in the main area but they seem to be the only two channels they could not get that day, and they could not contact anyone who could help them.
