Just a 5-minute drive to the beach, it\`s ideal for families and friends seeking sun, sand, and relaxation. Explore the vibrant downtown district, unwind on the private patio, or cook fresh seafood in the fully equipped kitchen. Pet-friendly and centrally located near shops and restaurants, Green Brick Cottage offers everything you need for a memorable stay. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. This charming 3-bedroom cottage offers an open living area perfect for family gatherings. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom is located downstairs for privacy. Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexibility: one with a king bed and another with two queen beds and a twin bunk bed. Just a 5-minute drive away awaits the fun of the Galveston Seawall and beach. Explore the shops and restaurants of The Strand District, also a quick 5-minute drive. This central location puts you close to everything Galveston has to offer, making it ideal for your next escape. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. GVR # 09368 We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees.
