« This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. »

« The accommodations were just ok. The house is definitely dated, which I expected. The pictures of the outside seemed as if the house was tucked back but in reality, it is not. Just some of the issues were very hard and uncomfortable beds, no hand towels and only one wash cloth in the bathrooms, no towel racks in the master bathroom, very poor water pressure, no paper towels anywhere. Although the main areas were clean, there is some deep cleaning that needs to be done such as under the sofa....

« Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! »

« Excellent stay. Don't let the drive in the resort fool you. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The home was well equipped, and Joyce was very helpful and friendly. The lake with the flowing water under the bridge, was a great view during an early evening stroll. The gym was new and clean. It even had Alexa if you wanted some music, while working out. I really enjoyed my stay, and will come back again. »

« Heureusement, l’hôte ( Joy) était compréhensive et proactive. La propreté des lieux laissait grandement à désirer. Plusieurs accommodements manquants ex: produits ménagers, savon à lave-vaisselle, savon pour les mains, mouchoirs, essuies-tout, lavette à vaisselle, bols à mélanger etc. Cependant le site est très paysible, à proximité de tout les services et les lits sont super confortable.
