"There is no staff!!! This place is a maze and you have to ask eatery and shop staff how to get around. They want you to do self check-in and self check-out AND find your own way to your room. And nothing is just down the hall... To get anywhere (parking garage, casino, out of the building) you have to take multiple corridors and elevators/escalators. This place is a fire hazard! And the patrons are rowdy...4am somebody started beating on a room door just down from me. When that didn't work they started kicking it. It lasted 5-10 mins. Homeless people insist on opening the external doors for you and then pander. The elevators are slow and not big enough to accommodate very many people. ***Pro tip*** For checkout, get on the elevators when they are going up and just ride it up and then down, else you will never get on in time for checkout. I only came to AC to see a certain talent, and honestly I would never come back unless it is for her. "

"Has a lot to offer and the waterfront tower was updated and very nice. Housekeeping came on the later side for our floor but did a nice job. The restaurant options were great! The valet was very busy for Sunday but overall highly recommend. There is also a great walking path along the property."

"I have not visited AC in many years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I booked the Ocean Resort because the venue I had tickets for was housed inside (Ovation). I was so satisfied with the whole experience. The room (2 Queen beds) was large, impeccably clean and the view of the ocean was great. The hotel had a great casino (although I wish smoking was prohibited), and a nice spa. The weather was too cold, so I cannot comment on the pool. The restaurant options were very good and the staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall, I would rate this a 9/10. My only critique was the check- in process watch had me waiting in line for 15 minutes after a long drive, so this definitely needs to be streamlined. I definitely recommend this property and will go back soon!"

"The room was a Junior Suite. It was a lovely, spacious, and clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bathroom. The toilet ran the enrire time, even though I tried jiggling the handle. There was also a vent in the shower area that was quire filthy. Looks like it's never been cleaned. That was surprising since the rest of the room and property were very clean. "
